Along with any good fondue meal is the need for a wide array of wonderful sauces.Â Â This horseradish sauce is mild to me, but my wife loves it (and she normally dislikes horseradish sauces).
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 scallions finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon worstershier sauce
- salt and pepper to taste (a few turns of the salt and pepper grinders should suffice)
Chill for an hour or so and serve with fondue.Â Great for your red meats.
